Announced on 25 May, it's now official: Notilus is joining Cegid, officially becoming "Notilus, A Cegid Company" . The acquisition of the software publisher specialising in expense and travel management, now a former subsidiary of Dimo Software, was signed on 4 July. The 138 employees of Notilus, led by CEO Gilles Bobichon, have joined Cegid's Finance Business Unit.
