
Taxi company G7 is offering new digital services to its subscribers following a redesign of its application dedicated to businesses and their employees. Now that G7 has 10,000 corporate subscribers, business customers will have a wider choice when ordering a means of transport to suit their needs, whether in their professional or private lives. Previously, only three levels of service were offered through the application. These are now 17 service levels and options available: Club Premium, Club Affaires, Service Plus, Service, G7 Green, G7 Van, G7 Van VIP, G7 Access, G7 Coffre +, G7 Famille and G7 Vélo.
This development follows on from the redesign of the consumer application last year, which saw the addition of several of these services: Standard, Green, VIP, Family, Coffre +, VAN and VAN VIP, as well as G7 Access, taxis with ramp access and a driver trained to take disabled passengers. "More than two million people have already adopted the G7 consumer application, so we wanted to give it a boost. modernise the G7 Subscriber application" said Yann Ricordel, Chief Operating Officer of G7.
As well as offering a wider range of services, this new version of the application, available on the App Store and Google Play Store, also features a sleeker design, a redesigned interface for fast, intuitive browsing. For example, business customers can view estimated approach times for different service categories and estimate the duration of their journey in real time before placing their order.
