What are the main options available for incentive groups in Israel?

Roni Tordjman - Jeep tours in the desert, barbecues in the Negev, cruises and diving in the Red Sea - it's all possible. The desert, in particular, is a truly unique experience, especially for Europeans. It all depends on what you can afford, what you want to do and how many days you want to spend there. If the schedule allows, we try to get groups to make a diversion via Jordan, in particular to Petra.

What about Jerusalem?

R. T. - It's a whole. Every stone trodden there has 5,000 years of history behind it, so it touches everyone, even non-believers. And for incentive groups, there are a number of events venues where you can immerse yourself in the heart of history, such as the Tower of David Museum, right on the wall. The choice of guide is also crucial. It's the guide who makes the trip more or less interesting.

How has the incentive market evolved in recent months?

R. T. - Let's face it: there has been a drop. I can understand why large companies are reluctant to send their staff here. Fortunately, it's still a very attractive destination, and that makes for a short memory. As soon as you come out of a period of turmoil, incentives pick up very quickly. What's more, offering a mixed holiday with a diversion to Egypt or Jordan helps to make the trip "non-political".
