Through Book & Go, these companies will have access to an online booking portal based on the Traveldoo platform. They will be able to take advantage of rates negotiated by BCD Travel with airlines, hotel groups and car rental companies. At the same time, a dedicated team based at BCD Travel's business centre will be available by phone and e-mail to handle the entire process, from booking to invoicing. The Premium package includes additional services, such as customisation of the booking tool to integrate supplier agreements, activity reports and help with optimising the travel budget.

With Book & Go, BCD Travel is extending its offer to SMEs and SMIs. The programme comes in two forms: a simple solution for companies with expenditure of less than €100,000 and a Premium offer for business travel budgets of between €100,000 and €500,000 a year.
