StrEat Food Park
The SoMa district is of course home to a large number of food trucks. What's more, there is a park dedicated to urban gastronomy, with around fifteen vehicles serving food at lunchtime and in the evenings. Airbnb, which has set up its new HQ just a few metres from the StrEat Food Park, is likely to be one of its good customers. The vehicles change every day and offer all types of cuisine - Asian, Italian, Latino, burgers, fusion - with a penchant for organic and local produce, naturally. Part or all of the restaurant can be made private for a corporate event.

Mourad
Mourad Lahlou has taken up the challenge of creating a little corner of Marrakech in the heart of SoMa. The chef of the restaurant of the same (pre)name sublimates the oriental flavours of his childhood, blending them with those of his adopted country. The result is top-of-the-range Esperanto cuisine, such as broccoli, sesame, beetroot and radish couscous. Norman hole
Perhaps the biggest criticism of Le Trou Normand is the lack of calvados on the menu... But this lapse in taste does not spoil the appeal of this sober address, dominated by a sketch of a naked woman lying nonchalantly behind the counter. This restaurant specialises in charcuterie and offers both real dishes and lighter snacks. In addition, two private areas can be used for corporate events, including a patio nestling in the backyard, offering a unique setting that is probably unheard of in the heart of SoMa.
