Blacklane joins forces with Shangri-La hotels

Blacklane and Shangri-La have just announced a new partnership enabling members of the hotel group's loyalty programme to collect points when they book a chauffeur-driven car.
Blacklane and Shangri-La announced a new partnership on 28 November at the GBTA Europe conference.

Since 28 November, Blacklane and Shangri-La are working together on the issue of business travel and building loyalty among this high-contribution clientele. Members of the hotel loyalty programme Golden Circle accumulate points each time they book a Blacklane vehicle. In practical terms, for every two US dollars, pounds sterling or euros spent on a Blacklane journey, business travellers earn one Golden Circle point. Already a partner of numerous airlines, Blacklane is now approaching a hotel operator for the first time.
Alongside this announcement, made official at the conference GBTA EuropeIn Berlin, Blacklane unveiled a number of new air transport services. In particular, the chauffeur-driven car rental giant will be extending the transfer of business and first class passengers fromEmirates to three new countries: India, Italy and Sweden.
