Univ'AirPlus 2019: passenger well-being at the heart of discussions

On 5 September, the Univ'AirPlus conference, organised by the German specialist in payment solutions for business travel, will focus on the well-being of business travellers.

After blockchain last year, the 2019 edition of Univ'AirPlus will focus on a theme dear to the heart of business travellers: her well-being. Held on 5 September at the Chateauform City George V, the conference aims to deciphering human issues to business travel in order to put back - truly, she says - into the hands of business travellers. the specialist in payment solutions for business travellers - the traveller at the centre of our thinking.

This eagerly awaited back-to-school event, dubbed the "Re:boot & Re:lax - At the heart of business travellers' well-being"The conference will begin at 4pm with a welcome for participants, who will be able to explore the stands of the many exhibitors, while leaving time for networking before the conference starts at 5pm. To kick things off, Pierre-Marie Lledo, Director of the Neuroscience Department at the Institut Pasteur, will be inviting participants to a "a journey to the centre of the business traveller's brain". What can the brain sciences tell us about human beings? How do travellers deal with the fear, change and stress of travel? When do neurosciences lay the foundations for new managerial approaches? These are just some of the questions to which Pierre-Marie Lledo will bring his scientific vision.

Next, Pernilla Evinder, Global Travel Leader at Ikea, will be presenting the practical case about his company and how it creates the best travel experience through an intelligent, innovative, collaborative and human approach. For his part, Matthew Holman, mental health specialist and founder of Simpila Healthy Solutions, will explain why travellers' well-being is becoming a critical priority today. Through his presentation "#Humains 24H/24", this former BCD and HRG agency employee will be looking at the measurement of the dark side of business travel - i.e. loneliness, isolation, but also depression, anxiety, etc., and how to deal with them. - and how to deal with them.

Univ'AirPlus will also be giving the floor to an avid traveller, Hélène Respondek, who will talk about her personal experience, before a round table discussion on the theme: "What if it was time to look at true 'traveller centricity'?"Arnaud Derossi, Regional Medical Director Assistance & Global Medical Transport at International SOS, Fabrice Fourcot, Director of Human Resources at the SEB Group, and Anne-Sophie Godon, Director of Innovation at the Malakoff Mederic Humanis Group, will be sharing their views.

Before the end of the conference, scheduled for 7.30pm, a number of start-ups selected by AirPlus will present their solutions to the issue of business travellers' well-being. But the programme is not over yet, as this studious afternoon will be extended by a cocktail reception.
