This balance is no longer compatible with the needs arising from hybridisation. In response to these challenges, Comet is proposing a new balance, moving towards a 30/70 split, with the majority of space allocated to areas dedicated to meetings, collaboration and socialising. With the inauguration of the Lumière site, Comet is not abandoning its original activity: the new address will also feature the Comet Meetings. A total of 2,300 m² will be devoted to 14 meeting rooms, with capacities ranging from 2 to 100 people. A event offer is also planned, with a capacity of 350 guests. Finally, Comet Lumière is also focusing on service, with a 1,000 m² sports hall and six catering outlets. There will also be a 280-space cycle park with an inflation station.
