On Friday, Europcar officially welcomed ten Peugot iOn models to its fleet: 100% electric vehicles that will now be available to business customers - EDF is one of the first pilot customers - as well as leisure travellers. Vincent Rambaud, Managing Director of Peugot, symbolically handed over the keys to the vehicle to Philippe Guillemot, Managing Director of Europcar Groupe. This first shipment should pave the way for future development, as Europcar will eventually be offering more than fifty vehicles on its European network. In addition to its ecological and economic imperatives, the car rental company is counting on the practicality of the Peugeot iOn, thanks to its small size and its suitability for urban mobility.
