Finnair fine-tunes its strategy in view of the possible reopening of Asia in 2022 - and in particular the Japan. The company has begun to unveil its summer programme with almost 100 destinations in Asia, the United States and Europe from March 2022. Finnair will open new long-haul routes to Busan in South Korea, Tokyo Haneda and Dallas-Fort Worth in the United States. The Finnish airline will also resume its flights to Sapporo. Japan's fifth-largest city will thus be connected to Helsinki for the first time this summer.

In reality, everything will depend on the health situation around the world. According to his schedule, Finnair will fly to the five Japanese destinations it served before the pandemic - Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo..
