What's more, the new Galaxy S25s will soon benefit from Google's Project Astra. This will enable users to share their screen or camera with a multimodal assistant to obtain contextualised information.

And to ensure that the new smartphones unveiled by Samsung live up to the promise of artificial intelligence, the Korean manufacturer has opted for Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, "the most powerful processor ever designed for Galaxy". The new processor not only boosts the device's performance, but also enables it to internalise tools that were previously based in the cloud. And unlike the S24, all three models (Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25) will benefit from this processor.
So the Galaxy S25 series has a lot going for it. But since with great power comes great responsibility, these new tools and their content need to be secure. Especially for professional use. As usual, Samsung has focused on the photo and video aspects. In particular, the new processor should boost the new-generation Galaxy ProVisual engine. During videos in low light, for example, movement is analysed to reduce 'noise'. What's more, the ProScaler function - supported on the Galaxy S25+ and Ultra models, but not on the S25 - will even enable the Galaxy S25+ and Ultra models to be used in the same way.improve image accuracy by up to 40 %. Le Galaxy S25 Ultra logically stands out for its photo/video features. The premium version now includes a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle sensorcompared with 12 MP for the S24 Ultra. This is one of the main new features of this 2025 version, in addition to the NEW LOOK adopted by the Ultra version. The latter abandons its distinctive design and adopts a more rounded contour. And the clear reduction in screen borders means that it now measures 6.9 inches, for greater visual comfort. Like the other two versions in the Galaxy S25 series, its profile is also slimmer, although the difference is less noticeable than on the S25 and S25+.
Finally, the Galaxy S25 Ultra should also stand out in the field of strength. While Gorilla Glass Victus 2 "covers the back" of the three new models - and the front of the S25 and S25+ versions - the premium version has a new feature.
