Jet Airways to launch five flights a week between Paris and Chennai

Jet Airways is clarifying its European ambitions: the Indian airline has just confirmed that it will be flying to Chennai from Paris on 29 October. Tickets have been on sale since 20 April, and we already know that Air France and Delta Air Lines will be codeshare partners on these routes. Five flights will be operated each week by Airbus A330, featuring a 180° lie-flat seat in Première.

Paris is not the only European city to benefit from this strengthening of the European offer: in parallel with the first Paris-Chennai flight, Jet Airways will also be launching a new route between Amsterdam and Bangalore. This time, the airline will even adopt a daily frequency to target business traffic to and from the Indian metropolis.
Jet Airways will thus become the only carrier to offer these two routes between Europe and India.

" Offering customers a wider choice of travel destinations and connectivity options is a key differentiator that sets us apart from our competitors. "explains Gaurang ShettyWhole-Time Director, Jet Airways, said. " The demand for better connectivity to international destinations is growing from South India, especially among business travellers. We are confident that our customers will be delighted with these new flights and will choose to travel with us to experience the exceptional in-flight hospitality and service offered by India's leading international airline.
