The announcement made by HRS and KDS is part of this trend. The tools developed by KDS for companies and travel agencies will now incorporate the Global Payment centralised payment solution from the HRS hotel reservation centre. Launched in September 2014, this solution is based on the partnership between HRS and AirPlus International and is built around the AIDA virtual card, developed by this key supplier of payment solutions. This integration enables HRS hotels to centralise payment by automatically generating a single-use card for a specific amount and duration of use. In addition to streamlining the booking and payment process, this integration provides greater visibility of hotel expenditure.
