"Companies need solutions that accept all forms of payment. On the one hand, to be able to reconcile data on all hotel expenditure and, on the other, to simplify the payment of overnight stays. It's a well-known fact that not all travellers have a corporate card. Frequent travellers do, but not those who travel occasionally or for training purposes. And these employees are not always able to pay the establishment with their personal card. Imagine a trip of several days to Japan, with hotels charging 250 euros a night. The ceiling is quickly reached. In another case, some companies give their travellers cards whose acceptance network is not always global. As we buy the overnight stays before re-invoicing them to the company or its TMC and we accept all means of payment - credit card, virtual card, bank transfer - this does not pose a problem.
