To become nothing less than one of the most sought-after conference hotels in Germany, if not Europe. Expected to open at the end of the year, the Munich Marriott Hotel City West is clearly setting out its ambitions. And these ambitions are backed up by concrete evidence, including a plethora of facilities to host professional meetings. Newly built in the up-and-coming Westend district and designed by Studio Lux Berlin, the hotel will offer an ultra-modern conference centre, tailor-made for large-scale events.

On the programme: 402 rooms and suites, 21 flexible meeting rooms, a 1,000 square metre ballroom bathed in light, all enhanced by cutting-edge technology. The ballroom, for example, will be equipped with hydraulic platform lifts for product presentations and car launches.

Organised around one of the brand's signature "Greatroom" halls, the Munich Marriott Hotel City West will feature vast communal areas - 5,000 m2 in all - where travellers and meeting participants will be able to dine and relax over a drink, as well as work in dedicated facilities. To punctuate conventions, the hotel offers its roof terrace for post-meeting aperitifs and open-air events with views of Munich and the Bavarian Alps in the distance.

A short distance from the central station and easily accessible by public transportThis new Marriott completes the American group's offer in Germany, which now includes around a hundred hotels. " With the Munich Marriott Hotel City West, Bavaria will soon have a new international landmark and one of Europe's leading conference hotels." said Arnulf Damerau, Chairman of the EuroAtlantic Group, the investment fund that owns the venue.
