While the historic centre of London has not seen any major property developments for several years, Pan Pacific London is part of a complex, One Bishopsgate Plaza, which aims to creating a new living space in the business district. The project revolves around a 43-storey building designed by architects PLP, which rises above a reinvented square filled with cafés and shops. The project also includes a historic building, Devonshire House, which houses designer boutiques, a restaurant and the Pan Pacific cocktail bar.

Even more than its 237 rooms, including 43 suites, or its floor entirely devoted to well-being, complete with an infinity pool, the luxury hotel stands out above all for its offer dedicated to meetings and events.
Pan Pacific intends to establish itself as the place to be for visitors and employees of the City. Its ballroom is advertised as the largest in the Square Mile. with its capacity for 400 guests. Directly accessible from the square by lift or escalator, it also boasts state-of-the-art technology with video walls, surround sound and flexible lighting for an immersive experience.

In addition to its event space, the Pan Pacific also has nine meeting rooms. Its fifth floor, which can be made private, is home to the Meeting Place, five rooms with natural daylight that can accommodate up to 294 participants.
