EasyJet is strengthening its position at Stansted airport, and at the same time on the Paris-London route. The airline is launching a new route from the London airport - its seventh - which will benefit French business travellers.
" We are really pleased to celebrate this new route to Paris, which is already proving a great success with both business and leisure travellers. "says Kevin Doyle, UK Country Manager for easyJet.
The airline operates two flights a week between the two airports: currently on Thursdays and Sundays, before switching to Mondays and Fridays for the summer season.
" We are delighted to see easyJet's new service to Paris take off from London Stansted today. "says a delighted Cairan Brannigan. The Commercial Director of London Stansted Airport continues: " The French capital is a fantastic addition to our growing European network, and we are confident that this route will be a great success with leisure and business travellers across the region. This new route not only offers greater choice and convenience to our passengers, but also strengthens the close links between London and one of Europe's most iconic cities. ".
