Regus launches on the motorway for mobile professionals

Regus is continuing to expand to meet the needs of business travellers in all circumstances. The business centre specialist has just signed a partnership agreement with Shell to offer its business services at service stations on European motorways. An initial project has already been launched in the Paris region.

The diversification of the Regus offering is taking on a new dimension: after concluding a partnership with the SNCF in November to develop its business centres in railway stations, Regus is now turning its attention to the motorway. Shell and Regus are launching a joint project that should see business centres set up in Shell service stations along European motorways. The first Espace Affaires has already been set up at the Limours-Janvry Shell service station on the A10 motorway, south-west of Paris. Business travellers have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection, IT facilities for scanning, printing or faxing documents, plus the help of a virtual concierge. "By opening Regus Business Spaces at service stations, Shell and Regus are bringing live business hubs to the roadside," said Mark Dixon. The Regus CEO added: "Many people will be able to work more effectively in a professional environment while on the move.
