Samuel Bucciacchio, Chairman of Goodwill

From a specialist in sports travel, you have gradually diversified into commercial and business aviation. What are the results of this diversification?

This makes us one of the most active brokers in these new markets, with growth of over 100 %. Commercial and business aviation now account for more than 50 % of our business, although we are also developing our position in sport: in four years, we have become the French leader in sports travel, with a market share of more than 70 % in football.

As regards commercial aviation (for incentive groups, seminars, etc.), what were the main operations in which you were involved?

We have chartered numerous aircraft for the launch of the A380, as well as for vehicle launches. We also operate a large number of flights for incentives, seminars and annual conventions on behalf of specialist agencies, with whom we are referenced. For the past five years, we have been chartering EIBTM flights to Geneva and Barcelona for agency decision-makers. This has been a very good way for us to become known and appreciated for the quality of our services...

What guarantees do you offer your customers?

We guarantee to operate 100 % of our flights, with the provision of replacement aircraft in the event of force majeure, without any additional insurance charges. For each flight, we offer unique guarantees with charter liability up to €10 million. If necessary, we use our travel agent's licence through our subsidiary set up two years ago. What's more, we're transparent about our choice of airlines, and we're on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
