Slight increase in Eurostar traffic

Eurostar has published its results for the first half of 2011, marked by a slight increase in traffic and sales.

Eurostar carried 7.3 million passengers in the first half, an increase in traffic of 1%. At €710 million, sales were up by 5% over the period. In the third quarter, despite a difficult economic environment, Business Premier sales were up 2%.
