The long-stay brand Zoku will open in France in 2021, in the 19th arrondissement, next to the Rosa Parks RER station. Easily accessible by public transport, particularly from the Gare du Nord and Gare Saint-Lazare stations, the establishment is part of a urban development in line with its innovative residential hotel concept.

After winning the "Réinventer Paris" competition launched by the Mairie de Paris, Zoku will be part of the renewal of the Claude Bernard-Macdonald-Rosa Parks district, an area with an industrial past that is being transformed into an ecological and connected neighbourhood. This vast sustainable urban renewal project, called Fertile Island developed by Linkcity, Bouygues Construction's property development subsidiary, will combine hotels, housing and offices in a garden city.

The Zoku brand will bring its innovative touch. When it made its debut in 2016 in Amsterdam, the long-stay brand advertised " the end of the hotel room as we know it "This is the first of a series of modular flats where the sleeping area, accessed by a retractable staircase, can be completely hidden away during the day to leave plenty of room for the living area, with a large table that can be used for working, dining or relaxing. The future facility will have 129 Zoku LoftsThe Zoku concept doesn't stop at residential spaces, however, and also includes contemporary living spaces, with a bar, an open kitchen and workspaces that open onto a terrace. outdoor patio with green spaces and a pétanque court. The establishment will also feature a Pentloft, a hybrid space combining a lounge, a meeting room and a event space 194 m2, all opening onto a private hanging garden with views over Paris.

After Amsterdam and before Paris, the Dutch brand Zoku Paris will be making its debut in Copenhagen and Vienna in 2020. These openings mark the start of international development of Zoku.
