Meals inspired by the rich cuisine of the African continent fully support this ambition. Whether it's savouring the taste of home one last time, extending the holiday feeling or discovering new flavours, we're confident that these African-inspired meals will appeal to our passengers", says Philip Mortier, Inflight Product Manager, Brussels Airlines.
