Banke Opéra Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel (autumn)

While continuing with his installation project rue de RivoliThe Radisson Collection brand will be opening its first hotel in Paris this year, a stone's throw from the Opera and Galeries Lafayette. And it's all thanks to a choice acquisition: the Banke Opéra. This five-star hotel opened in 2009 within the walls of a former bank established in 1907 on Rue Lafayette. Its new owner, the family office of Zara founder Amancio Ortega, has entrusted the Radisson Group with the task of rethinking this 90-room establishment, which will be rebranded under the Radisson Collection banner following a complete renovation. Among the changes expected, the event space formerly housed in the former vault will be moved to make way for the wellness area, with the MICE offering located elsewhere in the hotel. A new era for this Belle Epoque building.

Bus Palladium (early 2026)

The Bus Palladium, one of the hottest nightspots on the Paris nightlife scene, is about to embark on a new era of hospitality. Closed for renovation since 2022, this iconic Pigalle venue will be joined by a five-star boutique hotel with an avant-garde feel. Designed by the KO studio, it will play on a raw, radical atmosphere - with cork walls and bare ceilings - and the hedonistic, sensual ambience of the 60s. The result will be 35 rooms and suites, including the 80 m² "Magic Rock", which will be able to accommodate artists performing on the Bus Palladium stage.

Hotel Raphael (during 2026)

Anything but a novelty, this is a rebirth for the regulars of this chic Parisian landmark, which has just celebrated its centenary. Movie stars and visiting celebrities: this showcase of French savoir faire, run by the Baverez family for four generations, is as famous for its English bar - frequented by Serge Gainsbourg in his day - as it is for the elegance of its rooms and its rooftop, one of the most prestigious in the capital. Closed for renovation since the end of 2024 to refurbish its 85 rooms and suites, the Raphaël will be welcoming back its first guests later this year, and its six private lounges are also ideal for special events.

Hotel California Paris (autumn)

There's nothing new here either. Like the Raphaël, the Hotel California is over a hundred years old, both having opened in 1925 close to the Champs-Élysées. This emblematic hotel, a member of the Preferred Hotels Lifestyle Collection, is also undergoing a complete renovation. Under the direction of interior designer Jean-Philippe Nuel, its 188 rooms, including nine junior suites, are being modernised while preserving their elegance. When it reopens, the hotel will feature a bistro-style restaurant, a chic cocktail bar and a lush courtyard.

Campanile PRIME - Paris Porte d'Italie (start of year)

Admittedly, the renovation of the Campanile Porte d'Italie does not have the same aura as those of the Raphaël or the California. But it is no less important, both for the Louvre Hotels group and for this budget brand. undergoing a rejuvenation cure. Since the last days of 2025, guests have been able to enjoy a brand new hotel, built around the new Campanile PRIME urban hotel concept. With its contemporary design, lounge bar in the lobby, all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant and other modern features, the 155-room Campanile PRIME - Paris Porte d'Italie at Kremlin-Bicêtre embodies a new generation of Campanile hotels emerging across France.

Hôtel La Bourdonnais (spring)

Closed for renovations, this boutique hotel near the Champ-de-Mars in the 7th arrondissement will reopen in March with a new décor by Oscar Lucien Ono. The founder of the Maison Numéro 20 studio, who has already worked on the rejuvenation of other establishments in the Inwood Hotels group, such as Le Soleia in Nice, was inspired by the explorer who gave the hotel its name, Mahé de La Bourdonnais, to give the hotel a traveller's spirit, combining a taste for elsewhere with French elegance. While guests will be able to enjoy this contemporary setting in the 53 rooms and suites, some of which have views of the Eiffel Tower, the hotel's intimate bar, which has been completely redesigned, and the seminar room, will not be accessible until next April.

Alfred Hotels (spring)

In just three years, Alfred Hotels already has more than half a dozen mid-range establishments in France. Backed by the management company Braxton and Comptoir Immobilier, its model is based on the acquisition of establishments to be renovated and repositioned, previously in Compiègne, Biarritz, Beaune and Toulouse. From next spring, the group will be making its appearance in the capital, a stone's throw from the Gare du Nord, in the former Hôtel de Maubeuge, a 29-room establishment that has been restructured while retaining the Hausmannian identity of the site. Alfred Hotels has also recently acquired the hotel Les Jardins de la Villa, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.^e The 33-room hotel is located near the Palais des Congrès. After a renovation phase due for completion at the end of 2026, this establishment is set to become the group's first four-star hotel. In parallel, from next May, the group will also be offering a hotel on the outskirts of Paris, in Montreuil, spreading a Brooklyn spirit through its 79 rooms and rooftop restaurant, the hotel also having two meeting rooms.

Edgar Suites Jules Ferry (spring)

Edgar Suites is continuing to expand in the Paris region. After adding four establishments last year - three in the capital and another in Levallois - this specialist in long-stay accommodation, which focuses on transforming hotels or office buildings into top-of-the-range aparthotels, is renovating a former youth hostel in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.^e arrondissement, boulevard Jules Ferry, to turn it into a residence with 12 flats, the equivalent of 30 hotel rooms.

Boulevard de la Bastille hotel (during the year)

Reinventing old offices: the formula is paying off more than ever for the hotel industry. With this idea of designing a new future for property complexes, the management company Kerria has embarked on the transformation of an office building ideally located at 44 boulevard de la Bastille, opposite the Bassin de l'Arsenal. The building has been converted into a 96-room smart hotel designed by the Briand & Berthereau studio and crowned by a rooftop.

Hôtel Archereau (during the year)

Transforming a former car park into a hotel: the Galia and Terlia Hospitality groups have already proved their worth in this area, with the opening in 2025 of The Foundationa contemporary five-star hotel in the 17th arrondissement^e arrondissement. The same cornerstone, the same conversion of a car park this year, in a less luxurious and more hybrid style, with a new hotel in the 19th arrondissement.^e arrondissement, at 42, rue Archereau. Located in the Villette district, close to the Canal de l'Ourcq, the establishment will offer 80 single rooms of 12 m² and 20 dormitories of 35 to 40 m², accommodating up to 8 people. A new base for young professionals in body or mind, it will feature a restaurant, a rooftop bar with plants, as well as workspaces and an amphitheatre that can be used for private events.

Ventimiglia - Highstay Maisons (early 2026)

Founded in 2020, the Highstay group has since been spreading a certain idea of Parisian chic, somewhere between a luxury hotel and a private residence, with flats for privacy accompanied by the personalised services of a top-of-the-range hotel. Following on from La Boétie and Pyramides, the Highstay Maisons collection has added a third address at the start of this year near Montmartre, in the Nouvelle Athènes district, comprising 13 flats decorated by Studio Chloé Nègre.

Ile-de-France

Radisson Blu Paris Roissy CDG Airport (beginning of year)

The Radisson Blu brand landed at Paris CDG airport on 1 January.^er January this year. The premium brand has taken over from Pullman, another brand well known to business travellers, at the helm of a hotel with 305 rooms and suites ideally located at the exit of the RER and CDGVal and opposite the current terminal 3. Owned by CovivioThe hotel, which opened in 2015, is changing hands while awaiting modernisation, with the renovation of the lobby and restaurant-bar scheduled for this year. The renovation will not take away any of the hotel's assets for travellers, such as an indoor swimming pool and a 1,500 m² MICE area for business events.

DoubleTree by Hilton Paris Boulogne (beginning of year)

The Radisson group is also set to lose a number of properties in the Paris region. The Radisson Blu Paris Boulogne will become the DoubleTree by Hilton Paris Boulogne, as part of a partnership with Schroders Capital. Located on avenue Edouard Vaillant, close to the Roland-Garros stadium and the Parc des Princes, as well as a number of company headquarters, and not far from the Porte de Saint-Cloud metro station, the hotel offers 170 rooms and suites, a restaurant with terrace, and six meeting rooms.

Crowne Plaza Paris - Marne-la-Vallée (second half)

Another transfer of power is underway around the capital, with the former Radisson Blu in Marne-la-Vallée set to take on a new role. a new lease of life under the Crowne Plaza banner, part of the IHG group. A transitional phase has resulted in the closure for renovation of the hotel close to Disneyland Paris. The new Crowne Plaza Paris - Marne-la-Vallée is ideal for family holidays, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and will also be a great venue for conferences and events. In addition to 250 rooms, the hotel will feature a 1,200 m² MICE area with 32 modular meeting rooms, including a ballroom.

Mercure Paris Boulogne Pont de Saint-Cloud (start of year)

The Paris Boulogne hotel will be rebranded under the Accor group's Mercure banner at the beginning of the year, following a renovation phase. Located just a stone's throw from Roland-Garros, the Parc des Princes and La Seine Musicale, and 15 minutes from La Défense and Porte de Versailles, this four-star hotel will combine a new contemporary design with top-of-the-range comfort for its 75 rooms. The hotel will also feature three brightly lit seminar rooms, while offering a restful break for business travellers with its lounge and terrace. This year, the Mercure brand will be adding other addresses in the Paris region, including Melun and Villejuif.

Hampton by Hilton Paris Saint-Ouen (autumn)

Urban renewal projects are continuing in Saint-Ouen. In place of a dilapidated hotel along Boulevard Victor Hugo, which will be demolished in 2024, a new four-star 137-room hotel will enhance the hotel offering in Seine-Saint-Denis and add a new address for the Hilton group in the Paris region. Located in the immediate vicinity of the future Grand Paris Nord university hospital campus, which will bring together the activities of the Bichat and Beaujon hospitals by 2030, the Hampton by Hilton Paris Saint-Ouen will be able to accommodate patients and accompanying persons as well as medical staff. However, thanks to its proximity to line 14 and RER line C, which is just a stone's throw away, it is also targeting business customers, in particular with its meeting space and restaurant. This entirely low-carbon project, managed by Bouygues subsidiary LinkCity, is part of a neighbourhood undergoing major changes in Greater Paris.

Tribe Suresnes (spring)

After Clichy, Pantin, Saint-Ouen and La Défense, the contemporary brand Tribe, part of the Accor group, is extending its network in the Paris suburbs by adding Suresnes to its list of addresses. Situated on the banks of the Seine, quai Gallieni, the four-star establishment will offer 104 designer rooms, a café and restaurant, a meeting room and a major asset: a rooftop terrace bar with swimming pool. The hotel is part of the Métamorphose development programme, led by Vinci Immobilier, which combines housing, flat villas and... a Bikube residence.

Bikube Paris - Suresnes (spring)

Next door to the new Tribe hotel, Bikube Paris Suresnes forms a new kind of combo. Like its predecessors, which opened in Lyon at the end of 2024 and in Montpellier last year, this concept launched by Vinci Immobilier remains fully hybrid for this first establishment in the Paris region. Bikube is used to mixing the genres of coliving, short stays, catering and coworking, with accommodation rented by the night or by the month, and is arriving in Suresnes with 170 flats. Residents will have access to shared areas such as coworking, a fitness room and laundry facilities, and for longer stays, communal areas with shared kitchens and lounges on each floor. A Mediterranean-style restaurant-bar on the ground floor and the coworking space will be open to all, not just residents.

Ile Seguin (end of year)

The Seine on Ile Seguin is not just about music, it's also about creativity and hospitality. Opposite the vessel designed by Shigeru Ban and Jean de Gastines to house a prestigious concert hall, on this island that was once the most emblematic of the Renault factories, another flagship project will see the light of day later this year: the Pointe des Arts Ile Seguin. Developed by Ardian, Emerige and AOG, this part of the island closest to Paris will soon be home to a multi-disciplinary arts centre designed by RCR Arquitectes, a number of restaurants, as well as 20,000 m² of state-of-the-art offices and a Pathé cinema. Just next door, at the end of the Ile Seguin, an urban resort will punctuate the project. Managed by the Marugal group, which runs the Château des Fleurs in Paris, the Relais de Chambord and soon the Relais d'Amboise in the Loire Valley, this four-star hotel, designed by the Maison Sarah Lavoine studio, will offer 230 rooms and flats with balconies overlooking the Seine, as well as a panoramic restaurant, a rooftop terrace bar, a spa and an indoor swimming pool overlooking the Seine.
