
L'Nice airport will therefore - quite logically - be joining the club of summer destinations served by Etihad. On Monday, the airline announced the launch of this seasonal flight between Nice and Abu Dhabi the 15 June next year. Etihad will then operate two flights a week, each Wednesday and Sunday. Flights will be operated in Boeing 787.

More generally, these two announcements reflect a return to activity that is more in line with Nice airport's standards. The airport plans to over a hundred destinations for the summer season to some forty countries, with around twenty new products. Before the crisis, in summer 2019, Nice Côte d'Azur was connected to 121 destinations in 44 countries.
