Is Paris lagging behind as a destination for mobile workers?

The on-demand housing platform has listed 75 destinations on a global scale, and ranked them according to a number of criteria deemed relevant for the mobile workers. Naturally, the introduction of specific visas has been included - an approach that is still limited, as only ten cities in the ranking have adopted such an approach.

However, the study was based on three main categories of data: "Costs and infrastructure", "Legislation and freedoms" and "Habitability". And it is probably the first category that will have relegated Paris to the 36th place in this list. The French capital is paying the price for too little availability of accommodation and above all the cost of home office excessive. On this criterion, with an estimated cost of 1,296 euros, Paris is one of the five most expensive destinations: only Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York and above all the United States are among the most expensive. San Francisco (1,736 euros) are doing "better"...

As is often the case Melbourne which is praised for its quality of life. Australia also appears to be an ideal playground for nomadic workers, since Sydney also finished on the podium (3rd), Dubai taking second place.
Two other French destinations also made it into the Nestpick rankings: Toulouse and NantesThe top two destinations for mobile workers are Medellin (61st) and Shanghai (68th). As for the least favourable destinations for nomadic workers, Medellin comes last (75th), with Marrakech (74th) and Shanghai (73rd).
