Radisson Blu lands at Paris CDG

The Radisson Blu brand has just landed at Paris CDG, replacing a former Pullman. A new trajectory for this business hotel with over 300 rooms and 1,500 m² of MICE space.

Always in transit between two brands. This is a regular occurrence for hotels, and the former Pullman Paris CDG is no exception. Opened in 2015, the establishment has just switched to the Radisson Blu brand, according to the wishes of its owner, property investor Covivio. " The repositioning programme and rebranding will help to improve the establishment's operational performance "Tugdual Millet, CEO of Covivio Hotels, commented when the change to the front of this major business hotel was announced last September.

With 305 rooms and suites and over 1,500 m² of MICE space comprising 13 meeting rooms that can be configured in 18 different ways, as well as an adjustable conference room, the hotel is ideal for all types of business meetings, from small management meetings to large conferences. Another advantage is that the hotel is just a stone's throw from Paris CDG Terminal 3, CDGVal and the RER B and TGV stations, making it easy for travellers from near and far to get here.

" Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is one of Europe's most important global gateways, so this opening represents a major step forward for Radisson Hotel Group. "said Joep Peeters, COO, Franchise, Radisson Hotel Group. It also testifies to the group's interest in Paris, where Radisson will shortly be adding to its portfolio with, in the pipeline, the Radisson Banke Opera and Maison Rivoli and a Radisson Blu integrated into the Triangle tower, overlooking the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre.

Designed by architect Christophe Pillet and featuring a Business Playground by designer Mathieu Lehanneur, the Radisson Blu CDG Airport Terminal Hotel, Paris also holds Green Key certification, a further plus for meeting and event organisers. However, this top-of-the-range establishment also leaves plenty of room for relaxation, with a wellness area featuring a 150 m² swimming pool, complemented by a sauna, hammam and fitness centre.

Catering is provided by chef Jérémie Bes, head of the Culinaire Bazaar, whose menu mixes seasonal French dishes with creations such as Tartufata-style Risotto with Cauliflower. All of this can be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace, while the lobby bar also opens onto an outdoor area.
