True to its upmarket positioning and its role as ambassador of French gastronomy around the world, Air France is once again playing the flavour card. From 1 April, chef Régis Marcon will take to the stage on the long-haul network. The three-star Michelin chef will be offering his culinary creations in the airline's Business cabins for the next six months. On the menu: Ragoût de lentilles vertes du Puy aux crevetes (Puy green lentil stew with prawns), épaule d'agneau braisée aux figues (braised shoulder of lamb with figs) or poulet fermier aux morilles noires (free-range chicken with black morel mushrooms)... These creations are all based on local produce and seasonal products, and will be renewed every fortnight.
