
The Hipark Design Suites residences will become part of Adagio Aparthotels from 1 February. Launched in 2010, this brand developed by BNP Paribas Real Estate, the French bank's property subsidiary, offers a top-of-the-range offering including a wide range of à la carte services: concierge, business corner, fitness, catering, launderette.
Located in the heart of towns and major business centres, these long-stay residences have also distinguished themselves by clean, contemporary architecture by Manuelle Gautrand Architecture and interior design by Didier Gomez. The first establishment, opened in Grenoble in April 2010, offers 111 flats. Inaugurated the same year, the Hipark Design Suites in Nice, located between the Acropolis and the Vieux Port, has 136 apartments, while the Hipark Design Suites in Marseille, close to the Parc Chanot and the Stade Vélodrome, has 114 flats. The brand also has two residences in the Paris regionParis - La Villette (125 flats) and Serris-Val d'Europe, just a few minutes from Disneyland Paris (210 flats).
Adagio intends to maintain the positioning of these residences, which will now be operated by under the "Hipark by Adagio" banner. "It seemed natural to us to entrust the management of our five residences to a professional in the para-hotel sector, recognised in its market and with whom we can develop the potential of the Hipark brand."says Olivier Bokobza, Managing Director of BNP Paribas Immobilier's Residential division.
New Hipark by Adagio residences could also be on the way, as according to Karim MalakManaging Director of Aparthotels Adagio, "The signing of this agreement with BNP Paribas Real Estate opens up prospects for future developments in France and Europe."This partnership contributes to Adagio's growth objectives, which are to achieve 150 aparthotels and 15,000 flats worldwide by 2021, compared with the current 100 aparthotels and 11,500 flats.
