To take advantage of this service, customers must first book their room on the brand's website and create an online profile, thereby guaranteeing them a personalised service, or go through one of the Asian brand's partner travel agencies. "By allowing up to six devices to be connected to the Internet simultaneously, our customers can work comfortably and efficiently from the comfort of their room," said Michael Hobson, Mandarin Oriental's Marketing Director. In addition, booking on Mandarin Oriental website also offers the guarantee of the best fare available online. What's more, if customers identify a cheaper fare on another website, they will receive a refund of the difference as well as a 10 % discount on their booking.
