Located five minutes from the Palais des Festivals, the establishment designed by Patrick Norguet has 125 rooms and all the basics of the Okko offer, with a business corner, fitness centre and Club area offering 24-hour catering included in the price of the stay. A little extra in Cannes: the Okko opens onto a terrace to make the most of the Côte d'Azur sunshine.
The romance between Okko and the South of France is set to continue. Another establishment is planned for 2018 in Toulon, and other projects are under consideration in Marseille, Nice, Toulouse and Montpellier. In the meantime, the hotel group will have two new addresses scheduled for summer 2016, in Bayonne and Rueil-Malmaison, with a hotel integrated into the RER station modernisation programme. In addition to the Mediterranean, the Paris region is also part of Okko's development plans. Two hotels are planned, one at Gare de l'Est in 2019 and the other near Porte de Versailles.
