Nancy, Lyon-Ouest, Mâcon, Orange, Arcachon, Aix-les-Bains and Saint-Denis: these are the destinations affected by the partial withdrawal of the Rezidor group from the French market. These destinations are considered to be too poorly located to ensure the profitability of the establishments. The seven hotels affected by the closure include five Park Inn properties. The hotels "are located in secondary destinations and have consistently demonstrated their lack of profitability for Rezidor", according to the press release published on Thursday. "Rezidor remains committed to the French market and is continuing its operations at two other Park Inn properties in France - in Paris and Nice - while a third hotel will open in Lille on 4 May.th quarter of 2012, and that other strategic destinations will be added in the coming years" warns Rezidor.
