The Courtyard by Marriott Setif hotel will have 198 rooms, including 52 suites, located in the centre of Setif, within the Park Mall complex. The rooms will be equipped with a flat-screen TV, complementary Wi-Fi access and a functional workspace. There will also be a refreshing business lounge for business travellers, as well as 640m² of flexible meeting space.
"We liked the Courtyard brand (...) because of its modern look and feel, its understanding [of the expectations] of the business traveller, and its comfortable and efficient facilities," explains Khenfri, President of Prom-Bati SPA, with whom an agreement has been signed to manage the establishment. The Marriott group will therefore jointly launch its first two Courtyard hotels in 2014, following the announcement of the next establishment planned for Algiers.
